I am an Occupational Therapist specializing in sensory integration with 21 years of professional experience, most of which is pediatric. Most children who come to me have challenges with self regulation and have diagnoses like ADHD, Autism, Oppositional Defiant disorder, screen addiction, coordination disorders, and challenges with eating. For 15 years I had worked in clinics, one of which I owned. Occasionally I would take kids out into natural settings but it was always timed around my clinics. After a revolutionary shift in a child I took out into the woods, I realized I needed to somehow get these these hard to reach kids in nature for the best results. COVID gave me that doorway- Nobody wanted to meet in the clinic, especially me. Now, through my practice I take my clients to the woods where uncoordinated kids learn to step over tree roots and walk across log bridges, where picky eaters try tart wild berries, and kids mount swings on trees of their picking for their own unique swinging adventure. This is producing wonderful results and memorable experiences for both the parent and child.

I have advance trainings in Neuromuscular re-education techniques, Sensory Educations, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, and treating picky eating in children.

I've been composing my book for years but am busy treating children and being Mom. Sometime it will happen!
