Bio

Dr. Eman Tadros is an Assistant Professor and the Marriage and Family Counseling Track Leader at Governors State University in the Division of Psychology and Counseling. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Akron's Counselor Education and Supervision: Marriage and Family Therapy program. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist, MBTI certified, and an AAMFT Approved Supervisor. She is the Illinois Family TEAM leader advocating for MFTs and individuals receiving systemic mental health services. Her research focuses on incarcerated couples and families. She has been honored with awards from The New York Knicks and SAMHA's minority fellowship program.
