Bio

Erin Helfert Moësse is an international policy and systems leader working at the intersection of gender equality, global governance, and democratic resilience. With over 20 years of experience across the United Nations system, international NGOs, and global partnerships, she has advised senior leadership, shaped multilateral agendas, and driven policy and advocacy on gender-based violence, women’s and girls’ rights, and the 2030 Agenda, including direct engagement in UN intergovernmental processes, Executive Boards, and global coalitions.

She has held senior roles with UN Women, Save the Children, and Plan International, and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of the Organization for Nonviolent Movements, where she led global strategy, partnerships, and organizational development to advance civic action and democratic resilience.

Her work spans Africa, Asia, Europe, and the Americas, where she has partnered with governments, multilateral institutions, and the private sector to influence policy, mobilize resources, and deliver large-scale, cross-regional initiatives.

A recognized media voice on gender equality, global governance, and human rights, her work has been featured by Al Jazeera, Cosmopolitan, and WMC Live. She is based in France and available for global media engagement.
