Macollvie J. Neel (MBA) is an author, journalist, and communications consultant passionate about raising underrepresented voices in workplaces and media spaces through storytelling. Using her management consulting experiences with Fortune 500 firms and executive communications know-how, Macollvie also helps professionals shape their own brand stories to land dream jobs and is the author of "Scripts for Success: Workplace Communication Templates to Advance Your Career."

Currently, Macollvie is the Special Projects Editor of The Haitian Times, where she leads investigations, enterprise packages and explanatory features. She has interviewed the country's top authors, New York City's highest elected officials, and media influencers in this role. Her writings about the immigrant experience from a Haitian American lens, business and workplace shifts, and communications as a force for social good can be seen on NPR, Business Insider, the Sun Sentinel, and The Haitian Times.
