Shivaune Field, MBA

Shivaune Field is an AI-focused researcher, editor and multi-media journalist based in Australia. She is a contributor to the Leadership section of Forbes and was previously a digital journalist at Bloomberg. Field has an MBA, studied at Stanford and Oxford, and completed doctoral coursework in Global Leadership and Change in 2023, researching the intersection of AI, company culture and the leadership skills needed in an AI future. Field earned a qualification from M.I.T. in The Business Implications of Artificial Intelligence in 2018 and studied the Philosophical Foundations of Artificial Intelligence at Stanford in 2019. Field was an adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship in the MBA program at Pepperdine University’s Graduate Business School and now works with the University of California Institute for Prediction Technology (UCIPT) to accelerate innovations that leverage social technologies to predict human behaviors and outcomes.
