Bio:
Christina N. Baker is an Associate Professor of Critical Race and Ethnic Studies at University of California, Merced. She is the author of Contemporary Black Women Filmmakers and the Art of Resistance (The Ohio State University Press) and the editor of Kasi Lemmons: Interviews (University Press of Mississippi).
